Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer payment plans or holds?
Yes. We offer a layaway option on artwork purchases. A 50% deposit is required to place the piece on hold, with the remaining 50% due the following month. Pieces must be paid for in full before leaving the gallery.
Do you ship artwork?
Yes, we are able to ship artwork to collectors both in the States and internationally.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of the artwork. Shipping fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to shipment.
However, we are always looking to improve and hope to have shipping included at checkout in the future.
Do you accept artist submissions?
Yes. We accept artist submissions on a rolling basis; however, due to the high volume of inquiries, we are unable to respond to all portfolio submissions. We host multiple open calls for group exhibitions throughout the year, which can be found under the Call for Art tab in our menu.
For general consideration, please email your portfolio and current Curriculum Vitae to info@rtowngallery.com. To apply for a specific exhibition, please follow the submission guidelines listed in the corresponding Call for Art.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, minors under the age of 16 are not permitted in the gallery without adult supervision.
Do you offer educational programs, workshops, or community events?
We host opening receptions almost monthly, along with occasional artist talks and workshops at the discretion of participating artists. All exhibition receptions are free and open to the public.
You can view our upcoming events on our calendar.
Schools interested in arranging a field trip or educational visit are encouraged to contact rtowngallerygm@gmail.com.
